President Michael Dunn called the June monthly meeting to order 1738hrs.

Social Committee: Union picnic on for Sunday. Pizza truck from 1-8. 2 bounce houses. Need help for set-up 1130 at Eisenhower. On duty shift has permission to help set-up & hang out.
Dunk Tank: Plans underway, working on details for donation this year to burn unit or burn camp associations. Bridgeport Hospital built a studio apartment for burn victim families to stay. will bring up under new business

Golf: Good turn out- $6100
President's Report: Pension negotiations underway. First off the record meeting was just proposals to see what sticks. So far seems to be going well, working with the PD on this one. We will keep everyone up to date as proposals come in and meetings go on the record. Union has not submitted our proposals yet until on-the-record. If we need to have a meeting we will call one over the summer.
Issues with tables & chairs, we are working on a solution to rectify the problem. If you need to borrow them immediately at least check to see if anyone else is signed up before taking them and sign out what you use.
Dunn & Heenan will be at Convention in Cincinnati in July.

Retired brother Wydra, 375th anniversary parade was kind of a dud, only 11 guys showed up. Should have a been a better turn out. We looked better because the PD honor guard didn't show.
Memorial breakfast? possibly moved to September. Some issues being resolved with Milford Bank and tax number.

Motion for Hall & Dombrowski to get one day each from Union for Burn Camp. Geno, 2nd by Rabel, unanimous
Motion for union to pick up $9 ticket for union members going to represent honor guard by Dombrowski, 2nd by Piskura, discussion about burn camp involvement over union- unable to get info from local. Unanimous
Motion for dunk tank donation to go to Bridgeport hospital burn unit. 2nd by Wes, discussion about burn camp, added stipulation to change donation if an event comes up that will benefit from it moreso. Unanimous
Motion for entrance fee for Maryland softball tournament (amount to be determined, Murph, 2nd Gil, unanimous.
Motion by Rose to suspend next two meetings, 2nd by Biroscak, add meeting for pension if needed. Unanimous. September meeting will be at East Side
